民進黨總統參選人蔡英文聲勢甚高，不斷有風聲傳出黨內人士急忙卡位。蔡英文21日特地在中常會上提及，她相信有很多都是外界的臆測，不是主動的爭取和放話，但這些說法還是要設法制止，不要積非成是，給外界有一種民進黨志得意滿的感覺。

蔡英文表示，最近有一些傳聞和口耳相傳的訊息，是有關於民進黨勝選之後，什麼人要去什麼位置，這些大多都是外界的臆測，要設法制止這類說法。

蔡英文強調，選戰已經進入倒數階段，有關選後人事議題，此刻民進黨的原則是「不考慮、不討論、不猜測」，面對媒體詢問，請大家謹慎面對，不要隨著「封官」的話題起舞。

蔡英文說，如果人民選擇了我們，未來團隊的組成，民進黨一定會堅守承諾，網羅不分黨派，支持改革的人才，一起來為台灣打拚，「絕對不會整碗捧去」。
